MALAYSIA - Deidre Walker. This country is typically an also-ran in the international pageant scene (with the exception of Miss World). But this charismatic Eurasian beauty is proving to be the exception to that rule, as she seems to be on-track to make it to the Top 12 (not to mention being a Top 24 shoo-in). She ticks all the boxes, so I can foresee a banner year for her country in this pageant this year (especially considering how her male counterpart is one of the front runners in that pageant). Being a Top 10 finalist in the Supra-Fan vote alongside being a Top Eight Talent finalist are further feathers on her cap.
MAURITIUS - Nilmani Hurlall. Unlike last year's breakthrough, this lady is raw and unpolished.
MEXICO - Vanessa López. She can almost fit the mode of a CLBQ, but I find her features a tad angular. But still, she is operating on all cylinders and is leaving no stone unturned. I especially found her evening gown performance to be the highlight of the preliminary competition, the way she carried her satin green ballgown with aplomb. She looks like she has an inside track for the Top 12.
MOZAMBIQUE - Suema Abdul Rachid. I find the performances of other African ladies to be more impressive, but she figured in the Top 10 of the Supra-Fan Vote, so it's possible she can have a fast-track ticket to the Top 12 via that path even if otherwise her Top 24 prospects are distant.
NAMIBIA - Romiley Hoffmann. I think she's reasonably polished during the preliminary "evaluation" that she could be a Top 24 possibility.
NEPAL - Sama Parajuli. She's generally solid, but not enough to be a possibility.
NETHERLANDS - Luna Isabella Stienstra. Her exotic features are from the fact she's of Indonesian descent. When my mom watched the preliminary "evaluation" with me she asked me if she's the transgender queen who figured in the news recently (it's actually Miss Universe Netherlands) and I can understand why she thought that, as the make-up she sported made her look like a drag queen instead of being naturally feminine like in her official portraits. She
NICARAGUA - Katherine Burgos. With her making the semifinals in Suprachat, she is renowned for her strong communication skills. She is a solid-enough performer, but there were other Latinas who were more buzzworthy so she was overshadowed. Would her communication skills be enough to secure her a Top 24 slot?
NIGERIA - Genevieve Ukatu. She's not receiving much buzz, but I feel her performance in the preliminary "evaluation" is actually of a high caliber that I would consider her a Top 24 possibility. I also think she has strong communication skills. Maybe she looks too pale for an African as she has a very light complexion, but then again so is superstar Rihanna, who for me this lady resembles. Let's see if she'll be a sleeper surprise in the Top 24.
PANAMA - Jillyan Chue. She's generally solid, though with fiercer Latinas out there, it will be an uphill battle for her to make the Top 24.
PARAGUAY - Fabiola Martínez. She's very photogenic especially in her official Jubiler Schubert portrait. However, with her relatively short stature and simply adequate presentation during the preliminary "evaluation", her best ticket to the Top 24 is if she is the overall winner of the Supra-Influencer challenge.
